Alina Slaterpryce, MS, BCBA, Co-Founder & CEO

I have been in the field of ABA for over 20 years, starting out as a therapist and working my way up to a BCBA after completing my Master’s degree in ABA from Florida State University. I knew I chose the right path for myself when I was able to teach a nonverbal child to say their first word. My passion for ABA came full circle when my son was diagnosed with autism and ABA became our whole world. Fun Fact: I was born and raised in Ukraine, speak fluent Russian and my go-to karaoke song that will also change lives is ‘Like a Prayer’ by Madonna!

Sandra Merida, MS, BCBA, Co-Founder & CEO

I have been working with children with special needs for 25 years now, working across many settings that have allowed me to become a well-rounded clinician. The most rewarding aspect of my job will always be watching the daily progress that our children make.  My experience in classrooms, homes, centers and out in the community have taught me that an individualized approach to working with clients increases their likelihood of success in life and I truly love working alongside other talented professionals to collaborate and bring the best out in our clients. I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism. Fun Fact: I am bilingual and have practiced ABA fully in Spanish in many settings, and outside of ABA I also hold a masters in being a Game Night Champion.

Tiffany Lomas, MS, BCBA, Co-Founder & CEO

I first encountered Applied Behavior Analysis when I was studying psychology at Lynn University. I was very passionate about the children I worked with and knew I wanted to pursue this path further.  I obtained my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and became a BCBA shortly after. I have now been in the field of ABA for almost 20 years fulfilling my dream of extending the reach of Applied Behavior Analysis to as many children as possible. Fun Fact: I enjoy gardening with a knack for orchids.

Stephanie Walsh, Chief Operating Officer

I graduated from Penn State University and began my career in Hospitality Management within luxury hotels & resorts. I joined the Project Brilliance team in 2020, bringing 15 years of operations management experience. I immediately fell in love with the mission of PB and the opportunity to work alongside all the incredible children who make our centers full of life and purpose every day. Utilizing my skills and organizational style developed from my time in hotel, restaurant, and wedding/ event operations I have enjoyed fine tuning processes and procedures to ensure a seamless experience for our families and PB team members. Fun Fact: I solo backpacked through SE Asia for several months and from this experience still hold a self-awarded title for being an exceptional minimalist packer, only ever taking one carry-on item for any vacation!

Scott Dykes, BCaBA, Regional Director

I joined Project Brilliance in 2015, with over 15 years of management experience. Project Brilliance ignited my passion for ABA by showing me the positive impact therapy can have on the lives of clients and their entire families. Achieving the highest levels of clinical and operational integrity among all of Project Brilliance’s centers motivates me to come to work every day. In my free time, you can find me tending to my plants with my husband, Shane, & miniature Australian shepherd, Remi, in tow.

Robert Jones, MS, BCBA, Quality Assurance Manager

I am the Clinical Director at the Palm Beach Gardens location, and Quality Assurance Manager for Project Brilliance. I have grown through the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, beginning as a behavior therapist, then Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Lead Therapist, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, to obtaining my Master’s and now a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. I am honored to have been a member of the Project Brilliance family since the beginning, assisting in opening our first center here at PB Gardens. I absolutely love working with children and their families to improve their quality of life. In my free time, I like to stay busy renovating my first home with my husband Seth, creating our dream home for us & our furbabies.

Allison Stevens, MS, BCBA, Clinical Director

I am the Clinical Director at our Boca Raton location with 20 years of experience working in the field of ABA. I have been with Project Brilliance since the beginning, helping to open our doors in 2015 and take pride in creating memorable moments for all of our families. I am passionate about the world of ABA and enjoy a hands-on approach to parent trainings to give the best support team to our children. I moved to Boca Raton ten years ago to soak up the south Florida sunshine and escape the cold, dreary winters of Boston. On the weekends you can find me at the beach, or by the pool, with my husband and two sons. I also enjoy watching the Patriots win and a good Italian meal on Sundays. Fun Fact:  I can cut a perfect circle with my eyes closed and get to utilize my free cut skills often for our crafts and PB Productions!

Cristina Domenech, MS, BCBA, Clinical Director

I am the Clinical Director at our Lake Worth location bringing almost ten years of experience in providing ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder, in the home, school, and clinic settings. Prior to becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University, and my M.S. in Psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Florida State University.  I am passionate about providing the most effective and ethical behavioral services and excel with teaching language (verbal behavior), social, and functional skills, as well as decreasing problem behaviors and increasing school readiness skills.  My favorite part about working in ABA is building a rapport with the children and making a lasting impact in their lives. Fun Fact: My dream vacation is to climb pyramids in Mexico while indulging in authentic Mexican cuisine.

Kristi Berger, MS, BCBA, Tampa Director

I am the Clinical Director at our Tampa location! I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in American Sign Language from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. I always knew I wanted to work with children and decided to try out the field of behavior analysis. After just a few short weeks of working with these amazing kiddos and witnessing the substantial amount of progress that was made with ABA therapy, I knew I had found my passion. I have been working with Tiffany, Sandra, and Alina since 2011, the very start of my career in ABA. They are three amazing women, and when they asked me to join them in opening Project Brilliance, I agreed with no hesitation. I decided to further my career by getting my Masters in ABA and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In my free time you will find me out and about with my husband, Steven, our two beautiful sons, and fur-baby Bradley!

Patty Stanford, SPHR, SHRM- SCP, Director of Human Resources

I am a Senior Professional in Human Resources though both HRCI and SHRM organizations. My professional career spans over 30 years’ in providing human resource management to various companies in the private sector. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and have held senior HR roles in various industries such as manufacturing, logistics and freight forwarding, residential and commercial property management and most recently ABA Therapy. I am proud to have held board positions in the local HR chapters for HR Miami, formerly known as the Greater Miami Society of Human Resources Management (GMSHRM) and Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC) and is a current member of Palm Beach County SHRM Association. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new places!

Taira Bolden, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Generalist

I graduated from Michigan State University with my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and my Master’s in Human Development and Education Family Science in Human Development and Education Family Science from Western Michigan University. I have worked in Human Resources for the last seven years, which included various HR roles and functions. In my free time, I like to travel, and spend my time with my dog, Ghost.

Tamara Negron, Medical Billing Coordinator

I joined Project Brilliance in September of 2019 as the Medical Billing Coordinator. My role allows me to connect with all our PB families from intake to discharge, providing guidance on scholarship and the billing processes, as well as sharing my ideas to help create streamlined solutions every day. I currently reside in Palm Beach Gardens, and I am the mother of an amazing son. Together we enjoy experimenting in the kitchen cooking and baking and making videos, we also enjoy building Legos and having dance parties! Fun Fact: I am a trained and certified special effects and beauty Makeup Artist.
